The main objective of Instructor Lead LIVE PMP® Certification Training course is, to help participants to fulfill PMI’s requirement for 35 hours of project management education as well as prepare them for the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) PMP Certification Exam.

Based on professional role delineation study and research, it was clear that project management professionals need more diverse skills and approaches than ever before. Effective Jan/2021 PMI® has introduced a new/revised Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam.

The new PMP® exam is based on DOMAINS, TASKS and ENABLERS.

This course is approved by the PMI®, the content for this course is provided by the PMI® and the course is taught by the PMI® certified instructor.

Course Description

Instructor Lead LIVE PMP® Certification Training course is designed for the project management professionals who have PM experience through their job role as a project manager but not certified as project management professional (PMP®). By attending this course will definitely help the candidate to pass the PMP® exam as well as increases their PM skills and helps in the advancement of their careers. After this training, you will be prepared to successfully take the PMP exam and have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to take the next step in your career.

Course Format

  • Instructor Lead LIVE PMP® Certification Training course – most popular and preferable format to get trained for the PMP® exam during this Covid-19.
  • This course is taught in two different formats:
    • Weekdays Format:
      • Monday – Friday: Three and half (3.5) hours/day 5:30pm – 9:00pm EST for 10 days
    • Weekend Format:
      • Saturday & Sunday: Eight (8) hours/day for two (2) weekends – 9:00am – 4:30pm EST
