Course 1:  ITIL® Foundation v4 Course Description: 

Information Technology Infrastructure Library – ITIL® – is a registered trademark of AXELOS® Limited. ITIL® Foundation is one of the trusted best-practice guidance in the area of IT Service Management (ITSMTM).

At the Foundations level of ITIL®, full comprehension and decision making is not expected. What is expected is understanding and remembrance of key concepts, common lexicon of terms, and core principles. This comprehension is tested with the ITIL® Foundations exam. This course prepares you for the ITIL® Foundation V4 Exam

Course 2:  PRINCE2® Foundation Course Description:

PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2®) is a de facto process-based method for effective project management.

The PRINCE2® Foundation Level introduces the PRINCE2® method. The Foundation certification aims to confirm that you know and understand the PRINCE2® method well enough to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2®.

PMI® Requirements & PDUs

For all PMI® certifications except Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM)®, you’ll need to follow the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program and earn professional development units (PDUs). The goal is to ensure that your certified competencies stay relevant and up-to-date.

The PMI® requires 60 PDUs to renew your PMP®, PgMP®, PfMP® and PMI-PBA® certifications. These 60 PDUs are divided into two (2) categories: 

Category 1: Education Requirement: 

  • Minimum 35 Hours of educational completion certificate is required from a Registered Educational Provider (R.E.P) of the Project Management Institute (PMI®)
  • Out of these 35 hours, you must earn:
    • Eight (8) hours from Technical area,
    • Eight (8) hours from Leadership area, and
    • Eight (8) hours from Business/Strategic area

360 Days Access – 60 PDUs

***Course Access:

  • FOUNDATAION PACKAGE – contains three (3) courses. All the courses must be completed within one (1) year from the first course start date. Failure to complete any one module(s)/exam(s) in the course is considered as Not Complete and the course completion certificate will not be released for that course.
  • If you exceed the PDU Bundle set course time limit (360 days from the start date of the first course), you will need to re-register for the courses individually that you have not completed during this one (1) year period.
  • 120 days will be allocated for each course (24 hours a day – 7 days a week access) and the 120 days count down will start from the start date of a particular course/course 1.
  • If you exceed the set course time limit (120 days from the start date of the course), you will need to re-register and pay fee for that particular course. Only then, you can continue the course from wherever you left off.
  • Once you complete the first course, you will receive course completion certificate for the first course and the next course will start immediately. Again, 120 days count down will start from the start date of that course. If you exceed the set course time limit (120 days from the start date of the course), you will need to re-register and pay fee for that particular course. Only then, you can continue the course from wherever you left off.
  • Once you complete the second course, you need to take the Official Certification exam (if you choose to take the exam and bought the exam voucher at the time of registration. If NOT you can skip this step)
  • The same concept/steps and the rules will be applicable to your third course.
  • Ultimately, all three (3) courses MUST completed within one (1) year (360 days) from the first course start date.
