The main objective of ProXalt’s Instructor-Led LIVE Online Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM)® Exam Prep Training Program is to minimize your study time for the certification exam as well as present the concepts, terminology, and material covered on the CAPM® certification exam. You will learn essential project management standard skills and knowledge needed to pass the CAPM® exam, while working with real world examples. You will learn test taking strategies and other preparation techniques. This course fulfills the prerequisite requirement for the CAPM® Certification Exam application as determined by the PMI® as well as prepares you completely to take the CAPM® Exam.
ProXalt’s Instructor-led LIVE Online Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM)® Exam Prep Training Program was developed by combining adult learning techniques and modern multimedia technology. This course is designed for busy professionals who prefer to prepare for the Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM)® certification exam at their own pace and convenience.
The CAPM® aspirant will join a scheduled, live, interactive on-line session led by a ProXalt® instructor. The course includes module exams, on-line discussions, chat, and practice exams.
Course Format: ProXalt’s Instructor-led LIVE Online Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM)® Exam Prep Training Program training following steps:
Step 1: 23 Hours Online PM Education
This course fulfills the prerequisite requirement for the Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM)® Exam application as determined by the PMI®
Step 2: Live online classroom instruction session
Instructor will go through the training material in detail, provide examples, explain and clarify any questions that student may have during the session and enable group discussion.
Step 3: Offline session
Student will review the session material that was covered by the instructor on their own and take the module exam. Next day, before starting the next topic, instructor will go through the module exam question/answers and clarify any doubts that the student may have. Continue with the next topic.
These two steps will repeat for all the modules throughout the training course.
Step 4: Final Exam
At the end of the course, the student needs to take a three (3) hours Final Exam in one sitting without any interruption.
The final exam questions will be reviewed online by the instructor
Class Schedule: We schedule this Instructor-led Live, Online PMP® Certification classes either in the evenings or on weekends.
Classes are held for eight (8) days in a sequence from Monday through Thursday 5:30pm to 8:30pm EST (US – Eastern Standard Time)
Classes are held on two (2) consecutive weekends Saturday & Sunday 10:00am to 4.00pm EST (US – Eastern Standard Time)
The CAPM examination is comprised of 150 multiple-choice questions.
Upon Completion of this course, ProXalt® will provide a course completion certificate to the CAPM® aspirant. This certificate can be used towards submitting Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM)v Exam Application to the PMI® for the CAPM® application approval.

Introduction to Project, factors that lead to the creation of a Project, importance of Project Management, relationship of project, program, and portfolio management processes, organizational structures, PM skills, and the ten (10) knowledge areas.

Project manager plays a critical role in the leadership of project team to achieve the project’s objectives. This role is clearly visible throughout the project. In this section we will discuss about the project manager’s sphere of influence, competences, the PMI talent Triangle®, technical, strategic and business management skills, Leadership skills, and integration skills at different levels.
Project Scope Management includes Scope Planning, Scope Definition, Create WBS, Scope Verification, and Scope Control. The primary goal of Scope Management Plan process is to ensure that the project is completed successfully.
Define scheduled activities and place them in a logical sequence based on their dependencies. Estimate the duration of each activity and their resources. Incorporate all of these activities to develop a Project Schedule and maintain and control the Project Schedule.
Project Cost Management includes Cost Estimating, Cost Budgeting, and Cost Controlling. The primary goal of Cost Management is to complete the project successfully within the approved budget.
Project Quality Management includes Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control. The Quality Management plan ensures that the Project Team implements quality polices that are defined by the customer.
Project Human Resource Management includes the organizing and management of the Project Team. This includes the development of a Staffing Management Plan for acquiring and developing the Project Team.
Project Communications Management ensures that all project related information is distributed among the Stakeholders in a timely manner with appropriate content and format. It also covers the storing and retrieving of project related information.
