Student Terms & Conditions for PDU courses and PDU Bundle

1. 1. Enrollment Fee: Full payment of the enrollment fee is due at the time of registration. Payment can be made using Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, debit card, personal and company checks. All returned checks, for any reason whatsoever, will be assessed a returned check fee of $80.00, which must be paid prior to attendance.
   2. Cancellation: Student will have the right to cancel the course registration within 48 hours of course registration. If the student purchased the exam voucher as part of course registration, then the exam voucher cost cannot be refunded once it is purchased by the student. We procure this voucher from a third-party vendor. ProXalt ® does not own the voucher policies and cost
   3. Refund Policy: If the student cancels course registration within 48 hours of time from the course registration time, then ProXalt ® will subtract US $25 cancellation fee from the course registration fee and the remaining amount will be refunded to the student within 7 calendar days from the course registration cancelation date. If the student purchased the exam voucher during course registration, then the exam voucher cost cannot be refunded once it is purchased by the student. We procure this voucher from a third-party vendor. ProXalt ® does not own the voucher policies and cost.
   4. Course Terms & Conditions: Failure to complete any one module(s)/exam(s) in the course is considered as NOT COMPLETE and the course completion certificate will not be released. If the student exceeds the set course time limit (120 days from the date of registration), student need to re-register for the course, and pay the FULL course fee. Only then, student can continue the course from wherever they left off. Absolutely no FREE course extension other than re-registration.If the student registered and purchased PDU Bundle Package, then the following terms and condition will apply: All the Online courses within the PDU Bundle Package and the official certification exams (if you choose to take the exam and bought the exam voucher at the time of registration. If not, you can skip the exam step) must be completed within one (1) year from the first course start date. Failure to complete any one module(s)/exam(s) in the course is considered as Not Complete and the course completion certificate will not be released for that course. If the student exceeds the PDU Bundle set course time limit (which is 360 days from the start date of the first course), then the student need to re-register for the courses individually that he/she has not completed during this one (1) year period. 120 days will be allocated for each course (24 hours a day - 7 days a week access) and the 120 days count down will start from the start date of a particular course/course 1. If the student exceeds the set course time limit (120 days from the start date of the course), the student need to re-register and pay fee for that particular course. Only then, the student can continue the course from wherever they left off. Once the student completes the course, the student needs to take the Official Citification exam (if they choose to take the exam and bought the exam voucher at the time of registration. If NOT, you can skip this exam step). Once the student completes the first course, then they will receive the course completion certificate for the first course and the next course will start immediately. Again, 120 days count down will start from the start date of that course. If the student exceeds the set course time limit (120 days from the start date of the course), student need to re-register and pay fee for that particular course. Only then, the student can continue the course from wherever they left off. Once the student completes the second course, then they need to take the Official Citification exam (if you choose to take the exam and bought the exam voucher at the time of registration. If NOT, you can skip this step). The same concept/steps and the rules will be applicable to your third course. Ultimately, all the courses and the exams (if you choose to take the exam) MUST be completed within one (1) year (360 days) from the first course start date. Exam voucher cost cannot be refunded once it is issued to the student. We procure this voucher from a third-party vendor. ProXalt® does not own the voucher policies and cost.
   5. Limitation of Damages: ProXalt ® will not be liable, under any circumstance, nor on the basis of any claim, for any lost profits, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, transportation expenses, lodging, meals and/or lost wages.
   6. Copyright and Propriety Property: As part of the course you will be provided with or permitted access to certain materials which are the copyrighted and/or propriety property of ProXalt® and/or other third- parties. These materials shall remain the sole property of the copyright holder. No materials furnished shall be altered, modified, deleted, copied, reproduced, digitally stored, translated into another language or transmitted without the express written permission of the copyright holder.
   7. Warranty: THE LIMITED GUARANTY CONTAINED HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ProXalt® MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL OTHER CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES, AND REPRESENTATIONS, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES.
