Course Objective

This course prepares Project Managers to learn skills in managing a project by using generally accepted best practices, based on the Project Management Institute (PMI)®’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) – 6th Edition.

Course Description

This course helps in creating structured approaches to Project Management, to ensure well-planned projects, where the scope is managed, and risks are assessed and mitigated. This course is aligned with the processes described in the Project Management Institute’s (PMI)® ‘A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge’ (PMBOK® Guide) – 6th Edition. At the conclusion of the course, participants will understand concepts of project life cycles, statements of work, work breakdown structures, project schedules, cost budgeting, and risk management plans.
